Genealogy

Gerrard

This line has been carried back to Cynedda Welegid, a Roman officer, proving absolutely nothing. To take this line seriously, begin in 1488, but maintain measures of doubt and remember that none of it means much. Furthermore, it's disputed whether Robert Ellyson even married a Gerrard. The only certainty is that his son was named Gerrard Robert Ellyson. This clearly means nothing in the way of connection to the Gerrards.
